Just wanted to tell the story about the week I had and the 24 hours after my first appointment here at Union St Hydration.

All week I felt tired and between working out, the heat, my work schedule, and travel...I just felt run down. I visited Union St on Friday in the afternoon for my first sports hydration treatment. Went to dinner that night, had a couple of drinks, and had a really good nights sleep...which I hadn't had in a few nights.

I woke up feeling fantastic and went to the gym for my normal workout. The humidity was 100% and I was sweating buckets in the gym. But I hit close to a personal record on the bike and felt like I could actually increase my intensity during my 55 minute HIIT workout. Not only did I feel incredibly strong during my workout, I didn't even feel tired at the end and felt like I could workout for another hour!

Needless to say I will be incorporating regular visits to Union St Hydration. The facility is brand new, very clean, and the employees are top notch professionals. Thank you for opening this business as I am sure you will have many repeat clients!
